Is your Liquid Lipstick vegan and cruetly free?
100% Yes, every one of our shades is completey vegan and all products are cruelty free, if you still have doubts about purchasing or using one of our products please feel free to contact us through this page and we will do our best to help answers any more questions or concerns.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Within your order the bag, cardboard box, tissue paper and business card are all completly recyclable, the only element that is not unfortantly is the plastic tube but we are working on this! and are working towards becoming plastic free.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We do ship worldwide, anyone anywhere can get there hands on a mystic maker shade! We are a UK based company so orders from outside of the UK may take a little more time in reaching you but they will! Please note all order are shipped signed and tracked to ensure they will reach you all orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have every order packaged and ready to ship within 24 hours, once shipped we aim to have every order to customers within 3 working days within the UK and 14 working days outside of the UK,
Excluding bank holidays
If you have not recieved your order within this time please contact us immediately and we will see what has caused any delay.
Returns Policy
Any product that has been used cannot be returned and we advise throwing away or destroying it,
alternativley if any product arrive damaged please send photo evidence to our contact information along with your name and what order you placed and we will resend your order at no additional cost or if prefered refund the order entirely.
